- Must have minimum of 10 years of work experience
- Exposure to RPA platforms (Uipath/ AA /Blue Prism)
- Strong communication skills -- both verbal and written with strong relationship, collaborative skills and organizational skills
- Must be able to communicate and resolve/participate technical issues of customers with a variety of backgrounds, which means they need to be able to explain the issues.
- Must be high-energy, detail-oriented and proactive with the ability to function under pressure in an independent environment.
- Skills to have a high degree of initiative and self-motivation with Willingness and ability to learn and take on challenging opportunities
- Should be open to a flexible schedule.
- Strong Customer focus.
