Job Description

The ESOC Advisor shall provide exceptional service through advanced
specialized knowledge and advice on both technical and non-technical
queries (voice and non-voice) in the following areas: Wireline service
solutions, Billing, Network and Device, Acquisition / Provisioning and
Sales and Marketing. They will also perform retention and marketing
activities to enhance jio s share of customer wallet
