• Conducting BLS Training Program.
• Planning and Organizing Technicians training program.
• Conduct Nursing and quality Audit.
• Identify the training need of nurses as per the TNA.
• Coordinate with Head Quality officer of the hospital for all activities related to process Improvement. .
• Tracking medication errors/incident reports/sentinel events.
• Conduct daily Quality round in the wards and ensure patients Safety.
• Conducting education program for the nursing staff.
• Tracking quality indicators in the Nursing Department.
• Conduct Nursing Quality projects.
• Schedule and conduct Nursing Internal Audit and NABH Nursing excellence Audit.
• Guide and supervise the clinical activities of Clinical Supervisor.
• Participate and attend all Quality related meetings held in the Hospital
