LTE Modem Protocol Test Engineer - Hyderabad @ Capgemini

Job Description

We at "Capgemini India" have urgent opening for LTE Modem Protocol Test Engineer where you being part of the Modem Test Team, you will perform execution of Modem Protocol Stack test cases on GSM, UMTS & LTE technologies. Scope includes Log analysis and various kinds of testing like Conformance, Functional, Sanity, Power, Performance, Stress & Stability.

Skills Required:

• Understanding of 4G/3G protocol stack and ability to design test cases for LTE / 3G features as well as do log analysis/debug issues being found as part of regression
• Good exposure of working in mobile test environments of Wireless Technologies (GSM, WCDMA, CDMA, LTE)
• Should have good understanding on Protocol Stack Layers : RRC,RLC,MAC,RF
• Should be proficient in Basic Radio Access Technologies (RAT) in 3GPP (LTE, WCDMA, GSM, TDSCDMA) & 3GPP2 (C2K, EVDO). Should be able to understand call flow of a few RATs. Would need to run testing using automation framework and debug any issues.
• Automation using PERL/Python/TTCN
• Tools/Network Simulators : QXDM, QCAT, QPST, Prism, Anritsu, Anite, R&S, Spirent, Agilent, Panda, Synergy, MKS

Note:: Candidates with short notice period would be preferred also should be comfortable to work from office - Bangalore location.
