Job Description
Maintenance of cash register , preparation of cash receipts , cash payments , cash withdrawal from the bank and cash deposition in the bank. Entry of all vouchers in Tally.
Bank voucher entry in Tally - Bank Receipt , Bank Payment. Filling up NEFT and RTGS forms. Drawing the cheques of all the payments. Preparation of bank reconciliation statement.
Bill Passing: - Checking of vendors bills against the purchase orders and other ToRs & MoUs.
Checking of Travel Claims: Maintenance of travel register for the details of travel claims received and checked and the details of the payments made against the travel claims. Settlement of tour advances. Entries of travel JVS in Tally.
Day to day filing work of all the JVS , Cash , and Bank vouchers.
Checking of travel allowance sheets of District coordinators and field staff.
Assisting the manager Accounts in any work as and when required. This includes the assistance at the time of audit.
Any other work such as visit to PF office , PTAX Office as and when required.
Desired Profile
Candidate should have good analytical ability , strong grasping skill , very sincere , hard working and committed. Ability to multi task , familiar with TALLY 9.2 , proficiency in MS Office.
Educational Qualification
Minimum B.Com with relevant experience in accounting of 3 years.
