Accountabilities


Channel Management

Managing a network of channel partners,

Imparting training to them and monitoring the network to achieve sales targets.

Business Targets

Achieving Annual/Quarterly/monthly sales volume for Used CV/Car Business

Deliver the targeted spread in terms of interest rates for the business

Responsible for the monthly productivity

Promotional Activity

Executing the local marketing activities in the Location as per agreed plans

Abreast of Market Information

Keeping the track of competitors and update the strategies accordingly

Explore emerging markets

Accountabilities

Key Result Area

Responsibility

Regular Channel Visit to generating Maximum Leads through Channel

Imparting training to them and monitoring the network to achieve sales targets.

Cold calling of IKF existing customers and BE's own market references for direct business

Customer visit for due diligence & adequate service, minimizing TAT (Calculated through TAT Report)

Measurable Parameter

Productivity Norm to be achieved

Defined Sales TAT to be met

Deal rejection %

1. Qualifications & Experience:

- Should be a Graduate from a recognized Institute.

- Should have overall 6-8 yrs of Experience in reputed Bank/NBFC.

- With sound knowledge in finance industry. Local knowledge is must.

- Should have Customer Database

- Having sufficient process knowledge of Credit & Operations

- TAT Deliverables

Channels , DSA's 

Positions open at: Guntur, Nellore, Tirupathi, Kakinada, Visakhapatnam, Rajahmundry, Kurnool, Anantapur,  Hyderabad.

Positions open at Gujarat and Karnataka States also.

Required Candidate profile
