Roles and Responsibilities :

Desired Profile:

Contribute to improving the collection efficiency of the area assigned and help in the reduction of PAR

Key Responsibilities include:

Improve recovery rates of write-off portfolio and abide by internal and external regulations at all times

Collection Policy

Comply with processes at all times

Conduct daily field visits and follow up, ensure 100% coverage of field account and escalate problematic cases for further action

Should be proficient in local language and English

• 0 to 2 yrs of experience as Sales / Business Development mandatory
• Incentive Opportunity to earn more than 15k per month , linked to his performance
• Need experience into collection and need to work on field to collect Payments
• 10th pass Mandatory
• Fresher can be consider with graduation
