We are hiring for Technical Service Engineer Expert



Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of the current tools, Work with Business Analysts and account teams to review RPA/Orchestration use cases for suitability and identifying the right tool for the job at hand
  • Service Orchestration design and development, assist with testing and go-live processes - and provide ongoing support of the infrastructure and orchestration automated processes/workflows
  • Working with senior developers, onshore and offshore staff, and other teams to refine RPA and Orchestration best practice for internal and customer teams
  • Working collaboratively with Business Analysts, Project Managers, onshore and offshore development teams, bid teams, and customers to promote and support automation
  • Assist with identifying new use cases and targets for RPA and Orchestration automation
  • Assist with defining reporting requirements to analyse and track RPA/Orchestration success in the business
  • Review RPA and Orchestration success within Fujitsu, including lessons learned, and continually review and adjust the RPA/Orchestration strategy to give the best results for Fujitsu and its customers
  • Strong support and software testing skills



Required Experience :


  • - Orchestration tools (5+ years development experience with ITPAM, Automic, or ServiceNow     Orchestration, etc), Resolve Systems, RunMyProcess, or similar automation development   experience
  • - 5+ years of software development experience, including software design and architecture
  • - Strong understanding of software and infrastructure security principles and best practice
  • - Ability to view automation impacts and risks and how they apply to the end user experience
  • - Ability to self-manage and balance multiple conflicting deadlines and responsibilities
  • - Strong desire to implement automation and interest in the IT automation industry
  • - Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • - ITIL v3 certification



Experience: 5-8 Yrs

CTC: 14 LPA

Location: Bangalore, Pune
