We are hiring for Service Now Integration Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Experience in custom development, service portal and integrations
  • Bi-directional Web Services integration
  • REST API, REST Integration, REST API Explorer
  • SOAP Inbound and Outbound Integration
  • SSO Integration (Preferably with more than one Identity provider)
  • LDAP Integration
  • Integration done on different modules of Service Now (Incident, Problem, Change, SR etc.) Implementation Specialist Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Experience in implementing Incident management, Problem management, Change management, Service Catalogue, SLA, Knowledge Management, Software Asset Management, Facilities Management
  • Hands on Service Now scripts like UI Pages, UI Macros, UI Scripts, Jelly Script, Business Rules, Client Script, Script Includes, Ajax, UI actions and UI policy
  • Configured simple, medium and complex Service Catalog requests
  • Customizing the forms and implementing the business logic using Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Polices.
  • Creating the Workflows for the catalog items.



Experience:6-8 Yrs
