Salary Summary
This position is a full time position with a salary offer of 10,000 - 15,000 per month. (1.2 - 1.8L p.a.) This position is suited for those at the starting phase of their career (entry-level).
About IAMH
IAMH is an out-patient mental healthcare service, providing offline services in Delhi NCR and online services across the globe. We have a team of 10 psychologists, as well as management and interns. Our offices are in Noida and Gurugram.

Responsibilities and Duties
**
**
1.Welcome clients and visitors: to the office and assist them as needed; Registration Form Filling and Guidance; Client File Creation
2. Perform variousclerical tasksas needed: such as manage and catalog files, organize supplies, etc.; Prepare, manage, sort, and dispense scans and mail
3.Scheduling:Setting up meetings, booking rooms, maintaining company and staff calendars, making reservations, notify and remind all parties of upcoming events, lunches, meetings etc.; Plan out of town travel arrangements for executives
4.Take meetingnotesand transcribe into email, document orspreadsheetform
5. Answerphonesand route calls to appropriate persons; Take and deliver phone messages; call leads and call follow ups while maintaining records of the same
6.Billing:Managing invoicing and bookeeping, for clients and vendors; Track orders and maintain vendor relationships
7. Clean and tidy public office spaces; Maintain anorganized work spaceat all times; Frequently check office supply stock; reorder supplies when needed
8.Reportany updates or pertinent issues that need addressing to management; Uphold and carry out company office policies and procedures
