Urgent Opening for DCS Design Engineer.

Qualification - BE Instrumentation / Electronics 

Experince - 5+ yrs

Job Location - Navi Mumbai

Job Descriptions

DCS System Acrchitecture.

I/O database.

Open loop design, programming and commissioning.

Close loop design, engineering, programming and commissioning.

DCS Logic Development according to provided database from Customers.

Site Commissioning, Operator Training and Project Handover activities.

Co-coordinating with team for overall project development and maintaining project database.

Conducting FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and SAT (Site Acceptance Test) with customers.

Develop P&I diagrams along with process engg.

Preparation of Instrument data sheets / specifications for all field instruments as per P&ID meeting contract / process requirements.

Preparation of detailed specifications for PLC / DCS based control / shutdown system, analyzers as per P&ID meeting contract / process requirements.

Preparation Instrument hook up diagrams along with BOMs.
