Providing software support for issues pertaining to Population Health products
Ability to troubleshoot on analytics issues
Ability to understand the problem and fix the issue, talk the customer through the problem and provide a satisfactory resolution
Performing data validation to ensure accuracy and appropriateness of analytic models
Good Judgment and a strong teamwork skills to work well with the team members and members of all other departments
Works independently and in conjunction with cross-functional teams and external parties to identify and quantify third party payer underpayments and reconciliations

Skills/Abilities:
SQL Query Writing MySQL and Microsoft SQL Server
Good Analytical skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of Ms office

Educational Requirements: (Computer background)
BE,BCA,Bsc,MCA,MSC IT,DIPLOMA HOLDERS
