Job Description

Duties Responsibilities

Strategize, Plan, Design, Steer and Conduct Advisory Board Initiatives, by achieving the desired outcomes with measurable KRAs
Create KOL engagement plan in coordination with Sales Marketing teams and execute the agreed initiatives.
Create modules on various customer education initiatives with slide kits to enhance product penetration
Create medico marketing strategies in coordination with sales and marketing to enhance scientific perception and positioning.
Provide field-based clinical expertise for customers in designated geographic territories.
Conducts in-service product support for all phases of the sale process.
Identifies customer needs and provides solutions and clinical expertise on product application.
Provides professional education based on customer needs.
Provides clinical expertise on consultation and project management between external customers and internal support teams.
Conducts in-service product support for all phases of the sale process in assigned territory.
Provides field-based clinical expertise to customer questions on product application and clinical practice.
Provides professional education based on customer needs.
Steer Guidelines change by working with important institutions and customer associations.
Steer Protocol meetings and Protocol change in hospitals
Provides input to internal customer teams for new product development and enhancements.
This position is required to assure compliance of Company operations to all applicable laws, regulations and standards, good business practices and company
documented procedures (including knowledge of all standards, government occupational health and environmental regulations and statutes related to the site).
Engage others, promote, and participate in Environmental, Health, and Safety initiatives, focusing on continuous improvement.

The Individual

MBBS or a relevant degree that qualifies the individual as a Doctor is a must!
Experience as a Medical Scientific Liaison (MSL) will be ideal
1-3 years of relevant experience in critical care and anesthesia is required
Experience in facilitating and providing education on relevant products.
Experience managing, supporting and implementing complex strategies requiring coordination of resources, budget development and project planning.
Problem solving and customer services skills
Ability to be independent and self-directed.
Strong assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation skills are necessary.
