Responsibilities and Duties
- This role will be supporting these requisitions. Hire Resources offers the highest commission payout in the industry .
- This is a bench sales position in the staffing and recruitment industry.
- Candidate who have at least 5-7 years of previous experience / relationships in bench sales in Recruitment and staffing industry are encouraged to apply. -
- Very good experience with end to end technical recruitment process across various Information Technologies.
- Experience negotiating compensation to close a candidate.
- Proficient on hiring hourly, salaried and subcontracting candidates.
- Strong experience using recruiting portals such as Dice, Monster and social sites like LinkedIn.
- Locate and identify potential candidates through the use of Job-Boards, social media, user groups/associations, candidate referrals, networking, etc.
- Must have strong US vendor relations (at least 10) Prime Vendor or Direct Client Only.
- Experience with full-cycle Contract C2C Sales: vetting requirements from Job Portals, Cold Calling, Identifying the best consultants, Extensive Resume Review before submission, confirming the best rates for consultants, following up for interview schedules, closing the best deals.
- Knowledge in Information Technology.
- Maintaining the database of documents and all other information of all consultants
