Job Description

Responsibilities :

  Work  closely with tech team to ensure that requirements and feature solutions will support the future state adhere to best industry practices standards, support the business needs and avoid custom system solutions    

 You will be  involved in the mentoring of junior team members to deliver value to the team.   

Implementing SDLC methodologies like Agile / Agile Scrum process and drive adoption of BDD / TDD in Agile / Scrum teams.   
Responsible to executing automated and manual test cases.

Load Testing and API Testing
Responsible to tracking and logging defects during execution.
Generating reports such as defect analysis report, etc.
Actively participate in requirement analysis and test design.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Provide proactive advice and feedback throughout the testing lifecycle for prevention and early correction of quality problem.
Document lessons learned, help maintain knowledge database


Required Candidate profile

Required Skills:

Good knowledge of the concepts of the Software Lifecycle Development cycle, Quality Assurance and Application software testing (Manual and Automation)

Expertise in UAT, Regression and Production testing

Profound knowledge of Software Development Process and Testing life cycle.

Working knowledge on Selenium/Appium along with the understanding of TestNG/Junit.

Hands-on experience in development of application changes, testing the changes and driving continuous delivery transformation within Scrum teams.

Demonstrated experience in designing / building test automation frameworks for service and UI based testing.

Proven ability & expertise in Test strategy and test plan preparation per project requirements

Experience with JIRA will be an added advantage
