Job Description
As a Team Lead, Lead Test Automation Engineer for Upgrade Center organization at Cerner, you would be defining and implementing automated test strategies for Upgrade Center Managed services clients. In this role, you would be helping the team in driving the analysis and piloting of best-in-class automation testing tools and propose commission and use to relevant stakeholders.
As part of people management responsibility, you will be responsible for managing routine associate situations, directing the work efforts and results of a team of associates, developing team goals and manage them for results, developing associates through coaching performance, completing performance reviews, goal setting and development planning. Additionally, you should also be able to promote diversity and create a respectful work environment.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
At least 5-7 years of experience in software testing/ quality
At least 3-5 years of experience in people management responsibility
Preferred Quantifications
At least 3+ years of experience, hands-on in automated testing and people management
Expectations
Should be able to collaborate with the teams in India and US
Willing to work on a flexible schedule as needed
