Job Description -
Reporting into the Head of Transformation & Innovation, this role will be a key in introducing innovation to the organization and driving forward real time changes. The main purpose of this role is to build efficient and effective solutions and execution of new services and business improvement initiatives.
Education and Competencies -
Experience:
Engineer with a IT background (2-4rs of exp.)
Very strong hands-on working knowledge of Python/ML/AI/Block chain is mandatory
Experience in building the "proof of concepts " in the innovation lab is the requirement
Prior experience of working with startups is desirable

A natural problem solver with strong analytical skills who is naturally creative with solutioning

Main duties and responsibilities:
As such the role will suit upcoming, enthusiastic, highly technical, R&D mindset developers with a background in professional services and technology with an interest in innovation and in a fast changing market.

Specific responsibilities will include:
Rapid PoC for opportunities identified as strategic importance by building POC in an innovation lab.
Work with ABS teams, who are able to drive the innovation mindset within the teams and build new cross-functional solutions (using AI,ML,NLP, blockchain etc.) which can be productized and taken to Partners
