General Job description:
Day - to - day tasks within the operational goals and standards area with direct and long - term impact on the field of Global Procurement Master Data
Planning and coordination of MDM tasks including problem solving by updating and modifying existing working methods and improve the quality of master data
Communication with internal and external stakeholders / suppliers regarding master data changes and influencing the alignment
KPI:
1 . Deliver on agreed master data quality analysis on time
2. Continuous improvement projects reduce time and cost to make decisions and to ensure improvement of data quality level systematically
3. Reduced master data quality errors and overall master data related KPI development
4. Ensure visibility and quality for global Procurement master data
5. Procurement process performance efficiency
Technical Competence:
- SAP MM and MDM SME knowledge. Additional modules on SD or FICO or Ariba will be an advantage
- Knowledge of Vendor Master Management, Procurement master data and S2P processes
- Any other ERP or related system knowledge is an advantage
- Knowledge of process improvement and automization is an advantage
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, PPT, Power App, Teams and SharePoint as example)
Functional & Behavioral Skills:
- Experience in handling global stakeholders and supporting global organization
- Problem solvers, who are flexible and creative in finding solutions
- Strong quantitative skills with ability to successfully manage multiple tasks
- Knowledge on S2P processes and supply chain management
- Strong communication with networking skills
- Self - starters, self - motivated and can work with minimal direction
- Positive attitude with quality mindset
Role and Responsibility:
- Functional support for global Procurement processes according to task assignments from global process owners
- Vendor master data related activities
- Master data quality monitoring, MDM mass update support
- Master Data Clean up and exception monitoring
- SOD monitoring, authorization handling
- Purchasing process awareness
- Vendor Master maintenance
- Vendor maintenance (activation, de - activation, blocking & un - blocking, Tax changes, etc)
- Vendor migration and vendor rationalisation process management
- Supplier quality support (supporting escalation process)
- Payment Term Standardization
- Daily management and reporting out
- Ability to extract data from different systems, analyse and provide insights to stake holders
- Indirect Purchase reporting, indirect supplier enablement
- Data Collection / Data flow monitoring relating to Procurement
- Direct Communication Channel with all related teams
- Maintenance and analyze, global reports and summaries of master data status
- Optimizing support and processes for purchasing
- Participate in global projects with global team and deliver results
- Adhoc operational support to ensure efficient Vendor management processes
