Developer Robotic Process Automation @ Great West

Job Description

 

Experience in AA and any other RPA tools reporting out on daily basis
Exposure to a wide variety of technology problems and their solutions
Lead in designing, specifying and selecting information system solutions, considering functionality, data, security, integration, infrastructure and performance
General
Basics of .NET (C#) and .NET framework application support
Basics of a scripting language (JS/ VBS/ JavaScript)
BOT support and drive to resolution on problems
BSc or BE in Computer Science or a minimum of 2 to 4 years experience in the field is required
Extremely good communication and customer service skills
Act on requests from internal and external parties
Troubleshoot issues and determine root cause
Ability to work on a task independently with minimal supervision.
Willing to work in night shifts(7 pm to 4 am), weekends and public holidays on short notice.
Need to be very good with writing/creating/maintaining documents.
AWS exposure is good to have
