Define Performance Test Objectives
Assess current state of performance
Conduct Performance risk assessment
Establish the performance test scope, approach and Work Load model
Define Test data requirements including creation wherever required
Provide inputs to build Performance Test environment
Develop and execute performance test scripts
Analyze Performance Test results
Manage and control baseline results / raise alerts for unexpected / abnormal results
Publish Performance Improvement Guidelines
Job Specification / Skills
Expert in a wide range of performance engineering methodologies and tools (HP LoadRunner / Performance Center, Wily Introscope, App Dynamics)
Support performance engineering activities for multiple application stacks resulting in successful implementation of scalable and robust programs
Expertise in Load Runner tool and respective protocols, workload modeling and performance test planning
