QA Test Lead - Bengaluru/Bangalore - Isha @ Isha Business

Job Description

This position is responsible for coordinating the UAT life cycle of all Isha eMedia enhancements and changes to website and Isha Mobile app.

This job is responsible for reviewing and creation of all test materials, including test cases, test scripts, test data, defect management, issue resolution and production implementation.

Responsibilities:

1. Partner with cross function leads involved in UAT - providing them with test schedules, test data, direction and detailed test scripts in accordance with the Schedule.
2.  Writing and executing test plans and scripts, documentation of test procedures and issues. Using tools like Bugherd/Jira for allocation and defect logging and management.
3.  Experience in Interactive/ Responsive Web-testing that spans cross browser and across devices like desktop/tablet and Mobile Exposure to CMS or eComm Website testing will be preferred
4.  Responsible for testing a range of projects from enhancements to strategic initiatives. Execute manual and automation test cases through the utilization of existing automation test scripts.
5.  Facilitate status calls and web demos to stakeholders to review projects and functionality prior to testing. Flexibility to work on multiple tracks to support testing efforts with strong attention to detail and meet deadlines
6.  Partnership with leads in working through issues/defects and resolution.
7.  Responsible for overall testing completion and metrics analysis, as well as status readouts to upper management. Ensure testing is completed within established time and that objectives conform to the user requirements and needs of the business.
8.  Responsible for overall product delivery and approval/sign off. Responsible for Release Production Testing, Implementation and Launch support as well as Warranty issue tracking Manage escalations to management on status of projects.
9.  Maintain communication with management, testers, IT and Stakeholders on project status. Provide input to and shape UAT management processes in alignment with industry best practices.
10.  Responsible for providing analysis and metrics for projects and overall release on an ongoing basis. You are able to conduct meetings, evaluate issues, provide solutions and drive aggressive timelines
