JD:

Provide support in the design and implementation of the defined technical standards for software coding, tools and platforms 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Architecture Design  

* Undertake low level design

   Hands-on Automation testing with Selenium experience

* Understand the application framework and architecture for the application and follow through for implementation

* Provide accurate estimates for the subdivided tasks of the application

* Understand the functions, interactions and dependencies among components within the application

* Select the relevant tools and environment in consultation with the Architects

* Resolve technical problems

* Keep up to date with the market trends in technology and leverage the same for designing and implementing designs

* Adhere and drive adherence to the time sheet filling process

* Create and review high level and low level design documentation SDLC Contribution

* Work with the Architects and Domain experts in designing the solutions to meet the current and near future customer expectations and requirements (Functional and Non-Functional)

* Develop and review code to ensure adherence to defined standards

* Provide support in the Testing Phase (SAT, OAT and UAT)

* Adhere to the quality processes Asset Creation

* Contribute in creation of tangible assets and repositories for the project (frameworks, white papers, estimation templates etc.)

* Generate IPs in line with the IP strategy of the Practice Client Engagement and Satisfaction

* Work with the Architects to understand client business and their requirements in building appropriate solutions to address the client requirements

* Provide inputs for addressing all technical clarifications of the client

* Participate in all technical reviews with the customer

* Provide all the required information for making presentations to clients to showcase project value additions (system improvements, process streamlining, productivity improvements, quarter-on-quarter basis cost savings, pro-active solutions / PoCs etc.)

Test Manager Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience.

- 8-10 years of industry experience.

- 4 years of experience managing the output of a test management team.

- Experience with test automation tools, Test Management and Defect Management.

- Experience in people management, escalation management, expectation management and experience leading a geographically spread global team. Automation experience and Manual Testing experience.

- Enterprise E2E/UAT testing, E2E business knowledge.

- Ability to analyse and improve efficiency, scalability, and stability of various system resources. Responsibilities - Lead efforts on improving Developer and Engineering team's test coverage, release velocity, and production health. - Collaborate across teams to improve on quality and customer experience. - Work closely with Development teams in instrumenting their workflow to build a comprehensive picture of velocity, coverage, and quality. - Be able to automate repeated tasks and build test coverage through existing or new infrastructure. - Write moderately complex code/scripts to test systems, implementing test harnesses, and infrastructure as necessary. - Participates in activities such as problem solving, gap analysis, configuration resolutions, and maintaining user documentation.
