Senior Test Manager (P&C Domain) 12 to 15 yrs Mumbai

Job Description

1. Involve in analysing the requirements.

2. Design test scenarios & test cases.

3. Execute the designed test cases and raise defects.

4. Involve in customer meetings for status calls, requirements clarifications, triage etc.

5. Should be Individual contributor to perform the tasks.

6. Should be responsible for sending the daily reports, support in sending the weekly reports.

Job Specification:

1. At least 7 yrs. of experience in manual testing

2. Strong knowledge in P&C insurance domain either personal / commercial insurance.

3. Should have experience on BOP/ GL/ PL LOBS

4. Experience in PAS/ billing / claims functionality is must.

5. Experience in testing forms, designing the rate calculators.

6. Should have good experience in testing rating functionalities.

7. Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes.

8. Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test scenarios, test cases & executing

them.

9. Working experience in Automation testing is an added value

10. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

11. Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

12. Must demonstrate clear abilities to lead and mentor a team.

13. Need to be excellent team player.
