Job Description:

1 4 9 years of experience in Hadoop administration and platform level architecture

2 Insights into Linux file systems and security architecture

3 Understanding of Hadoop security such in authentication communication and entitlements layers

4 Ability to automate through scripting and configuration management have an understanding of scripting languages like Bash

5 Knowledge of Linux system concepts and academic admin level experience preferred

6 Understanding network operating system concepts

7 Enjoy building tools to support the infrastructure and Cost Optimization

8 Academic Knowledge of big data technologies on Amazon AWS cloud

9 Inquisitive attitude towards ever emerging Big Data and automation solutions

10 Are an effective organizer and solve technical problems at various levels of difficulty and document the process and resolution

11 Can work both independently and as a member of collaborative teams

12 Enjoy helping others and share a strong sense of ownership and responsibility

13 Monitoring of application performance and environmental uptime
