Salesforce Offshore Sr Cloud Consultant @ NTT Global

Responsibilities:

-Write use cases and user stories (as necessary).

- Review assigned tasks and ask Development Lead and/or Business Analyst clarifying questions in order to complete assigned tasks.

- Perform assigned Salesforce tasks; creating pages, tabs, views, filters, validation rules, workflows, process builder, cloud flow designer, approvals, profiles, role, security permissions, custom objects, custom fields, relationships, reports/dashboards, lightning UI and other configuration related activities.

- Perform functional tests of your work and other on the team.

- Report status daily during scrum/standup meetings and by entering hours, status and comments in the PM Tool (e.g. Jira).

- Present prototypes / demo functionality to Product Owner and other business stakeholders

- Identify and communicate issues, risks, and mitigation plans to project leadership.

Required Skills / Qualifications:

- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience

- Prior experience with the configuration implementation of Salesforce functionality.

- Firm understanding of Salesforce best practices.

- Prior experience working on an agile project.

- Certification in one or more of the following Salesforce areas: Sales, Service, Communities or other industry clouds (Marketing, Heath, Manufacturing, etc.

- Able to work independently with limited direction and oversight.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
