Designation: Senior Digital Marketing Executive
Job Description
- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns for the brands of the company.
- Manage organizations websites & social media pages.
- Optimize content for the website and social networking channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google Plus, etc.
- Track the website traffic flow and provide internal reports regularly
- Work on SEO of the website pages.
- Devise marketing strategies & execute the same to improve online brand presence.
- Edit and post content, videos, podcasts, and audio content on online sites.
- Promote company's product and services in the digital space.
- Execute social media efforts to improve KPIs, likes, shares, tweets, etc.
- Creating and executing SMS, and email-based marketing campaigns.
- Measure site traffic, identify and evaluate new digital technologies and optimize marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media, and display & search advertising using web analytics tools.
- Create goals and benchmarks to meet.
- Listing & management of products at various marketplaces & our portals.
- start to end co-ordination of sales from marketplace.
- Manage MIS & other reports as per SOP
- Co-coordinating with different marketplace vendor.
- Work with team to optimize process with each platform to manage order flow & timely delivery of products
- Finalizing written policy & documentation related work as per marketplace.
- Follow up of online customers queries & orders.
- Create & execute promotional plans using each platform s promotional options to drive sales.
- Knowledge of magneto will be an advantage.
- Edit videos, create transcriptions, convert videos into content that can be used across social media and blogs such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube stories.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Full time Masters Degree in Digital Marketing from reputed institute or organization required.
- Excellent grasp of social media and website metrics.
- Knowledge of MS - Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Excellent Communication Skill required.
