Job Description

In this role you will lead the software department in PSG's Bangalore site. You will be responsible for all aspects of team management including building up the team, working with others to set the strategic direction, and day to day management. PSG's software site in Bangalore will play a key role in our validation, dev ops and firmware organizations. Quartus is a 10 million- line C compiler that takes in RTL and spits out an FPGA programming file. This incredibly complex code base supports many generations of FPGA families and an extremely rich feature set. As such, this role requires a leader with both strong management and technical abilities. The ideal candidate has direct experience in as many as possible of the following areas: Validation, for both software and hardware Dev Ops Firmware

At least 8 years of management experience, ideally at least 3 years managing 20 people.
