Job Specification

You will be having the key responsibilities to develop and control the RPA bots and managing day - to - day operations. You will implement automation bots in collaboration with Project solution owner and process experts. In addition, you will work as subject matter expert, you will work effectively in a matrix environment and use best practices and business expertise in further continuous improvement projects as needed.

• Supporting existing processes and implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process
• Problem solving issues that arise in day to day running processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required
• Creating and maintaining solution documentation

Creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios for the pre - UAT phases Supporting the Operational Teams during the UAT and rollout phases Managing and investigating exceptions (Business and System Exceptions) Solving issues that arise in the day to day running of processes and assisting in the provision of timely responses and solutions as required. Skills required

• University degree in a business - related field or engineering/IT.
• Mandatory/ Highly Recommended: Hands on experience in more than one RPA plate form/tool especially in Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere.
• Experience with the system management and knowledge of the Pharmaceutical R&D value chain. The person should have good knowledge of GxP regulated systems and inspection readiness.

A Agile mindset and team player - Experience in working with agile developments methods (e.g. SCRUM )

Track record in the successful delivery and support of excel macros, VBA or other configuration/scripting type technology

Good written skills with the ability to clearly document and explain business processes and automated solution designs

Fluent English language skills required

• Experience with working with healthcare and pharmaceutical company or the client from IT is an advantage.
