Excellent Opportunity - Automation Testers @ Innova Solutions

We are seeking Platform Test engineer to join our Payments Product Development team. This position is for hands-on automation test engineer with exposure to agile development lifecycle. You write scripts to automate testing and create tools so developers can test their own code. As a Test engineer, you will navigate software code, identify potential weak spots and constantly design better and creative ways to break software/identify problems.

You'll use your knowledge of testing to influence better design, promote engineering best practices, ensure processing accuracy, improve testability and drive higher quality product. Your work will have a big impact on the way the world adopts digital commerce.

In this role, you will be developing test strategies, automate test using test frameworks, write moderately complex code to test systems and create test harness and infrastructure. You will take responsibility for monitoring product development quality and usage at all levels.

Minimum Requirements and Competencies:

• 5+ years of experience in software development with a minimum of 3 years exclusively in automation testing
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or related work experience
• Strong foundation in computer science, with competencies in data structures, algorithms and software design
• Strong expertise with automation testing tools, process and methodologies
• Strong working experience with behavior driven testing using Cucumber and Java
• Strong understanding of testing integration with CI/CD tools, agile development, Git, Jenkins integration, nightly build, code coverage tools and reports
• Experience of testing in payments domain is a plus: ISO 8583, SEPA, payment switch (ATM and POS), core banking, mobile P2P payments
• Passion for learning and applying new testing methodologies and tools
• Good team player, communication skills and strong problem solving abilities
