Job Description

To provide problem free machinery

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Electrical and Mechanical Ops. (A / B shift)
• Breakdown maintenance (A / B shift)
• Earthing Treatment (Monitoring / Trouble Shooting)
• Mixer & Chillers Utility (Stuffing of Glands, Pumps, Vacuum Pressure Control)
• Calibration of Thermo couple (Extrusion machine)

Performance Standards

• Ensure to keep problem free machinery.
• Maintenance of machinery & DG sets.
• Ensure to arrange on time service of Electrical Equipment's.

• Essential: Proper knowledge of Electrical Instrument maintenance.
• Knowledge of IMS & 5"S"
