Job Description
Conducting Pre Training System Analysis (PTSA)
Completion of product and CE based pedagogy training sessions at schools
Product and process training of newly recruited ETs in schools
Conduct refresher trainings as required
Visit the schools allotted to him/ her at defined time intervals and ensure optimal usage of CE assets in teaching
Organise usage and engagement activities in schools as required
Ensure good/ excellent customer satisfaction on academic parameters and collect the C-Sat as per timelines
Co-ordinate with the reporting head and other functions to resolve CE related concerns
Co-ordinate with the concerned and solve academic & content related issues raised by the customer within defined timelines
Creating need for various other products of CE & increased business at schools.
Update Project portal & other related reports as mandated.
Share MOM with the schools and send reports with the reporting manager regularly.
