Excellent communication skills
The wireless specialist Engineer will be responsible for the design, maintenance, and integration of the WAN, LAN architecture.
Working knowledge on advanced routing and switching, UTM, SD Wan, scripting
In depth knowledge in Wireless standards, Radios, SNR, Interference, User level troubleshooting in wireless environment.
Configuration and Troubleshooting of switching concepts like Vlan, VRRP, HSRP, LACP, VTP, IP/Protocol based filter Understanding of multiple STP Concepts in L2 environment.
Good knowledge in Firewall technologies
Exposure on configuration & troubleshooting various Tunnel methods like GRE/IPSEC/IP IP .
Exposure in configuring all types of VPN tunnels in multi-vendor devices
BGP, Configuration of Policy based routing
Knowledge of Aruba Wi-Fi and data networking platforms, including Clearpass and Airwave
Able to work with Wi-Fi analytics to monitor, track, and tune Wi-Fi performance
Assess risks and impacts arising from a business disruption and make decisions and determine actions independently and expediently to eliminate those risks and ensure continuity of business
Must have skills on Device configuration and automation, Compliance and security validation
Experience supporting the on-boarding and mobility in challenging environments of end devices, including VOIP using various 802.1x EAP types
Experience with Scripting Python, and Performance tools
Experience in client authentication access protocols (802.1X, RADIUS, TACACS+, etc.) is a must
Aruba/HPE Certifications Aruba Certified Switching Professional (ACSP)
Troubleshoot connectivity issues, analyze, debug and diagnose packets and logs
Candidate must have the ability to work in a highly visible fast paced environment with minimal supervision and SLA deadline responsibility.
Candidate should be working in a 24x7 Network operation environment performing remote break-fix troubleshooting and resolution on cell site equipment.
Manage tickets in ticketing system to ensure notes are kept up to date and problems are pushed to resolution.
Manage Priority incidents and Escalated tickets, provide solutions in timely manner.
Execute Network changes & document.
Performs various network management and administration tasks remotely
Individual should work on projects assigned by L3 / Management, document the project execution details.
Strong, clear and concise communications and speaking skills- Problem Resolution Skills
Create Procedures Documents as necessary
Strong knowledge in ITIL process
Document standards and procedures. Resource must have minimum
Aruba ACMA/P / ACMX - Preferred OR Cisco Certifications (CCNP/CCDP Wireless)
Basic Networking certifications a must
