Job Description
The role acts as the conduit between Sales and Marketing to drive the successful execution of Salon marketing activities as well as we have training programs for the students.
Overall mission is to:
- Develop and implement channel specific strategy and programs to acquire candidates and generate walk ins
- Steer and monitor market conditions and oppurtunities
- One needs to be proactively involve in generating walk ins by identifying various prospects.
- Identifying different sources like colleges, universities or through other data sources
- convincing the candidates by explaining about the scope and different opportunities in the beauty sector.
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Highly organized and detail oriented with a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and take complete ownership of projects.
- Must have ability to think strategically and to conceptualize and implement new ideas.
- Strong analytical skills and problem solving capabilities.
- Ability to identify, prioritize and adjust to multiple needs.
- Excellent cross-functional coordination and project management skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal and team building capabilities with internal functional groups as well as with external partners.
- Marketing experience within Professional Hair segment, Prestige/Luxury industry a plus.
- Must possess excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
