Job Description

Project planning, erection, strategy planning, pre-commissioning and commissioning

Responsible from punch point preparation to project management

Monitoring and Detail plant engineering, layout and costing.

Procurement, fabrication planning, execution and bill of material of Drawings.

Completion of assigned CAPEX with in stipulated time frame, budget and with desired quality

Preparation of specification and layout of various equipment, Techno commercial evaluation of BID.

Monitoring of projects with respect to cost resource deployment, time over run, manpower planning to ensure timely execution of project.

Cost estimation of material and Design improvement.

Planning and effective predictive & preventive maintenance schedule for equipment.

Spare part planning, Inventory control, Reduction of downtime of equipment.

Preparing Indent, maintaining stock and planning of erection activities.

Preparing proposals for modifications of the troublesome areas and ensuring permit-to-work compliance after appropriate job safety analysis

Writing work instructions planning, monitoring plans and assess the operational resources required for its execution to ensure the required safety standards.

Required Candidate profile

B.Tech-Mechanical with 6-9 years of experience project engineering management from cement industry.
Should be Telugu speaking person
Should have experience in Project Management, Tendering, Tender Evaluation, Budgeting, Project Review, Contract Management, Project Control, Cost Control Management, Project Planning
