Job Description

Urgent Hiring for Banking Domain Phone Banking Officer as Customer Care Executive for Noida location. Those who have experience in BPO Sector are most welcome

Grade to be offered: M1/ M2

CTC to be Offered : Fresher 2.0 + Incentives & for Experienced 2.40 + Incentives

Job Role:-

To Attend the inbound calls of customers in both Retail Liabilities & Credit Cards and process the queries & requests to customer's satisfaction.
Five days working in a week with rotational holidays (with 9 hours shift).
Proper Day shift for Girls (For Females: 8AM till 8PM).
Mandatory for boys to work in night shifts for 10 days in a month will get extra allowance for night shift.

Job Requirements:

Graduate/ Post Graduate
Candidate must be graduate.
Candidate must have excellent English communication skills.
Fresher / Experience both can apply
