Greetings!

Profile:Customer Care Executive

Job Description:
1. Age: 20 years to 30 years/ Good Communication Skills Required.
2. Minimum Qualification: Commerce Graduates Only.
4. Experience 0-1 year of experience in BPO/ Customer service industry. (Graduate Freshers will be preferred)
5. Communication skills: Average to Exceptional Spoken English skills
6. Shifts Rotational(Should be comfortable to work in all shifts)


Experience:0-6 months


Job Profile:
- Handling inbound calls/ Outbound Calls Mutual Fund

(Limited Openings only for Graduates)
- Providing Customer support & Sales to Domestic Customers



Desired Profile:
- Excellent communication skill with good hold on grammar
- Basic knowledge of computer


Other benefits:
-Centralized Pick up & Home drop Facility will be provided.-
- 5 days working (2 Rotational and Split offs) for 2nd and 4th Week of the Month

- 6 days working (1 rotational off) for 1st and 3rd week of the Month
- Willingness to work in Rotational Shifts

- Candidate should be comfortable with customer service

The selected candidates should be able to join ASAP and have all documents handy for background verification.
