Position Title: Non IT Recruiter

Experience - 0.6 Months to 3 Yrs

Location: Gurgaon

Interview Venue:

Concentrix, Building 6, Ground Floor, DLF Cyber City Rd, DLF Phase 3, Sector 24, Gurugram, Haryana 122022

Timing: 10 AM to 4 PM

Candidate Skills:

• Should have good communication.
• Must have experience of BPO Hiring.
• HRs, who have done internal hiring for BPO industry, can also apply.
• Coordinate with the candidates for the interviews timings and joining formalities.

 Role & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for sourcing profiles as per the requirement.
• Conduct first round of telephonic interviews.
• Responsible to schedule and coordinate interviews.
• Posting jobs and possess experience in all job portals (Naukri, Monster), Head hunting and passive search.
• Manage candidate experience, follow through on offers and smooth on boarding.
• Manage client expectations.
