JOB DESCRIPTION and Desired Candidate Profile:
1.Coordinating between dealers and company department to resolve their query.
2. Coordination with finance for raising bill
3. Coordination with factory for stock availability
4. Coordination with logistics for dispatch of shipment
5. Dispatch of invoice and LR copies to the consignee
6. Communication with the field staff when required
7. Raising credit and debit notes
8. To cross incentive claims of field staff
9. To help in preparation of power point presentation.
10. Routine office work etc.
