Job Description
The Mechanical Supervisor is responsible on the supervision of the mechanical maintenance works of
The crushers, Kiln, Cement mill and packing areas in addition to belt conveyors and bag filters.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Supervisor the day to day maintenance works as per requested from the Unit Chief
Responsible on the supervision of the mechanical maintenance works of the crushers, Kiln, cement
Mill and packing areas in addition to belt conveyors and bag filters.
Directly supervising the activities of the subordinate employees with the performance and verification of the
mechanical execution works
Participate in the identification of training needs for assigned plant maintenance personnel and coordinate
Training.
Participates in appropriate safety training for all assigned employees; ensure that preventive action is taken to
Avoid the occurrence of non conformities relating to the kiln.
Recommends solutions to problems related to the crushers, kiln, cement mills and packing areas, or to the
Quality system.
Participates in the implementation, management and verification of the new solutions.
Participates in the coordination of repairs during outages to maintain a safe and effective flow of work to
Reduce downtime.
Participates in the supervision of the installation and testing of electrical equipment.
Diploma in the Mechanical Maintenance field.
