Job Description

As a Quality Analyst, you will be responsible to develop and enhance the quality assurance standards followed by the organization. Participate actively in end-to-end testing of products to ensure high-quality delivery to customers. Our customers range from mid-sized to large international companies in various domains like logistics, manufacturing, shipping, aviation, etc.

You will be required to utilize your detailed analytical and problem-solving skills to help validate IT processes through careful testing, test design and execution and enforcing quality standards throughout the organization.

You will grow your industrial knowledge as well as your technical knowledge at a tremendous tempo, enabling you to perform the more complex roles in project teams depending on your ambition and your skills.

Job requirements:

Between 1 to 3 years of professional career as manual QA with extensive experience of testing software and client/server applications.

Must be able to proactively adapt to new technology with little/no guidance (self-learner).

Solid understanding of testing methodologies, test design, and artifacts, best practices.

Should have fundamental knowledge about SQL, basic computer and web fundamentals

Must be able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks and demands simultaneously.

Must be able to work independently in a time-critical environment and as part of a team on special and ongoing projects.

Strong communication skills, fluency in English is MUST.

Be able to work independently on a project being the sole QA.

Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong analytical, presentation and reporting skills.

Detail-oriented approach with the ability to understand how each aspect interacts with the big picture, with a curious mind for investigating and breaking software.

Proven perseverance to carry a set of software deliverables from requirements to testing completion.

Must be flexible to quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes.

Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Knowledge of basic programming would be preferred.

Interview Process: Hands-on practical test will be a part of the selection process.

Educational: B.E / B. Tech / M. Tech (IT/CE) or MCA
