Citibank Commercial Cards offers card- based payment solutions to large corporations and federal and state governments for the procurement of goods and services as well as travel, entertainment, and fleet related expenses. Commercial Cards' strategic objective is to compete and differentiate on the basis of global capability and customized solutions for high- value customers.

The Lead will be responsible for analysing business requirements, designing technical solutions, providing solutions at application, also involve coding, testing, and deploying application releases for the Citi Manager System, which serves global clients across North America, EMEA, APAC and LATAM.

Job Purpose:

We are seeking Automation testing experts for Commercial Card s delivery team. The successful candidate will interact with the Development Project Manager, the development, testing, and production support teams, as well as other departments within Citigroup (such as the System Administrators, Database Administrators, Data Centre Operations, and Change Control groups) for TTS platforms.

He/ she requires exceptional communication skills across both technology and the business and will have a high degree of visibility. The candidate will be a rigorous technical resource with a strong understanding of how to build and implement scalable testing frameworks for enterprise level global applications. To plan and lead testing initiatives related to process and product rollout into production. Testing specialists who to design and implement appropriate scripts/ plans for an application testing strategy/ approach, create / review test cases, guide and support test case execution, and perform test closure activities.

The ideal candidate will be dependable and resourceful software professional who can comfortably work in a large development team in a globally distributed, dynamic work environment that fosters diversity, teamwork and collaboration. The ability to work in high pressured environment is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for providing technical leadership of multiple large scale/ complex global testing solutions

Experience of working with permanent employees and vendors from 5 20 in size

Build and sustain strong relationships with the senior business leaders associated with the platform

Work closely with Program Management and Quality Control teams to deliver quality software to agreed project schedules

Proactively notify Development Project Manager of risks, bottlenecks, problems, issues, and concerns

Compliance with Citi's System Development Lifecycle and Information Security requirements

Monitor, update and communicate project timelines and milestones; obtain senior management feedback; understand potential speed bumps and client s true concerns/ needs

Understanding technology industry trends, how they impact our future solutions and provide strategic direction for the testing community

Drive quality initiatives

Develop and drive the Automation strategy for Automation Practice

Design the framework, approach and provide the cost effective automation solutions to the customers

Regular monitoring and reporting for KPIs and Metrics for Automation

Manage the Vendor teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery

Tests and analyzes a broad range of systems and applications to ensure they meet or exceed specified standards and end- user requirements

Should be able to conduct tool evaluation and provide recommendations Documents, evaluates and researches test results for future replication
