Exposure to Software Product,database management, scripting, issues escalations, bug fixing etc.
Attend customer calls
Update the software system
Willingness to work in rotational shifts
Coordinate with QA and development team members for action
Provide the necessary status update to the customer within the specified time frame
Production Monitoring
Attend trainings / Submit assignments
Timely status report submissions
Proper handholding with peers and knowledge transfer
Show a significant improvement in customer satisfaction level
Required Candidate profile
Database knowledge is required ( SQL queries )
