Analyst Cloud Onboarding
Responsibilities
Assist our Cloud clients in the context of implementation projects
Coordinate and plan with the Professional Services team/client project team the implementation tasks relating to our Cloud solution
Liaise with Cloud Ops to translate implementation task in actionable items and provide analysis to collect relevant information
Develop and refine a structured implementation methodology for the PS team
Follow-up Cloud related project Helpdesk issues and ensure Product Support and Engineering are provided with all relevant information
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years working in IT projects within the capital markets industry.
Must have Calypso implementation, upgrade or support experience (at least 2 years) from a technical or functional perspective.
Bachelors and/or Masters degree in Finance, Mathematics, Business, Computer Science or I.T.
