Roles in the Training Division

* Training Students on the technologies and upgrading your skills as per the business requirement.

* Develop syllabus which attracts business, Log sheet and courseware for the Technical Courses we provide

*Work along with the Process Development Team to enhance the batch plan and delivery model.

*Audit the process on “commitment vs. delivery” and take appropriate measures to ensure the gap is filled and the customers are happy

* Should maintain zero tolerance when it comes to the service of the customer

* Should work with the HR team to identify the right resource for the Training and Development Division.
* should do competitive analysis for the current and future trending Technologies and present it to the management.

* Launch New Technologies as per the Industry’s requirement and help the Business Development team understand the advantages of the new course.

* Should work with the Business Development Team to have strategic planning to increase the revenue generation from the training division
* Work flexibly on all the business requirements of our Development & Training Division.

*Periodically provide training to the Trainers and evaluate them.

*Work towards supporting the Business Development


Roles in the Software Division


* Work with the Client to plan and execute projects/ products, ensure that teams have appropriate product and technical specifications, direction, and resources to deliver products effectively by establishing realistic estimates for timelines while ensuring that Projects/Product remain on target to meet deadlines.

* Should have adequate knowledge in preparing RFPs’, RFQs’, SRSetc related to the projects/ Product to have a successful conversion ratio.
* Close financial monitoring and control of projects/Product through budgets and invoicing
*Work towards supporting the Business Development.
* Delivery of projects/products as per expectations achieving targeted levels of profitability.
* Hosting and leading conference calls with clients and team members.
* Risk assessment and strategic planning of activities to minimize potential issues.
* Accurate filing and archiving of all projects and product related materials
* Demonstrate leadership abilities with the deployment of software upgrades, Enhancements and fixes that are coordinated based on release schedules. 
* Provide a software development plan that meets the future needs of markets. 
* Evolve the existing software system applications or create new ERP System for in house.
* Help developers resolve both technical problems as well as human resources issues and ensure people under him are profitable to the organisation. 

On the whole the Technical Team Lead is accountable for the quality and Turn-around- time for the entire departments.
