Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone

Be an active listener and deal well with objection
Have strong customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different scenarios
Be a team player, flexible and open to feed back
Ability to multitask, priorities, and manage time effectively
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.Communicating with customers through various channels.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
Skills:-
Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar Cs role
Understanding of how Crm systems work
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Multi-tasking abilities Patience when handling tough cases
