The candidate will be responsible for planning, supervision and leading tasks from ideation to completion. Assist the Chairman in Day to Day operational activities.
Completing a broad variety of administrative tasks for the Chairman including managing an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging complex and details travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; compiling document for travel-related meetings.
Communicate directly, and on behalf of Chairman, with Trustees Foundation staff, and others, on matters of Chairman's programmatic initiatives.
Researches prioritize and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the Chairman, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature.
Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the Chairman's office and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support with senior management staff.
Keep Chairman informed for upcoming events and commitments.
Edits and completes first drafts for written communication to external stakeholders.
Follows up on contacts made by the Chairman and supports the cultivation of ongoing relationships.
Prepare MOM for all the meetings convened by the Chairman.
Required Candidate profile
Someone with 01 or more years of experience, proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat and Social Media Platform, with good interpersonal and communication skills.
