Job Description

Oversees all activities of the accounting and tax accounting and is involved in the supervision and management of general accounting activities, analyses, business partnership, and the maintenance of effective internal controls while ensuring statutory compliance in all accounting initiatives
Responsible for the day-to-day aspects of the businesss accounting and reporting functions and he reports directly to the Controller - Accounts who takes responsibility over the entire accounts department.
Managing and Overseeing the daily operations of accounting department.
Monitoring and Analysing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles.
Look after the Budget and MIS review
Coordinate and complete annual Audits
Provide recommendations wherever required.
Improve system and procedures and initiate corrective action.
Assign Projects to the direct staff and ensure compliance and accuracy.
Meet financial accounting objectives.

Person needs to be from Coal based Thermal Power Industry only
Team size: 8
Overall 15 years of post CA and 10 years in Coal based Thermal Power industry
