Hiring Project Manager IT @ Calpion Software Technologies - Bangalore

Job Description :

Should have managed all phases of SDLC namely Requirements gathering, analysis, design, construction, testing, implementation, Post implementation support.
Must be ADEPT at estimation, resource utilization, Task allocation.
Must be good at people management, team management , must be able to groom and mentor team.
Must be good at stakeholder management(esp client relationship management) both internal and external.
Must be good at status reporting.
Must be well versed in agile methodology.
Must be a good communicator both written and oral.
Must be adept at risk/issue management/mitigation.
Must be good at Scope/schedule/cost management.
Must be strong in analytical skills.
Healthcare domain knowledge is an added advantage.
