You must be expert in designing softwares like Coral Draw, Adobe illustrator, Adobe Flash, Adobe Fireworks, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Dreamweaver, etc.

Practical Experience:
 Should be well versed experience in online advertising (banners, newsletters etc.)
 Basic idea of Web 2.0 concepts
 Reading / Writing skills.
 Very good visualization and typography is a MUST

Qualifications

 Experience in HTML and JavaScript is required
 Understand basic AJAX / JQuery.
 Should be able to work independently

 Good communication and interpersonal skill.
 Proactive, quick learner and a very good team player.
 Capable of working with multiple teams and time bound delivery.
 Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
 Flexible, strategic oriented thinking ability
 Excellent communication skills, including oral and written to coordinate with the US team.
 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
 Self-initiative and a passion for follow-through on issues and opportunities
