3. Design, deploy and support best in class software development processes and tools

4. Define the module specific requirements for software development projects

5. Develop coding and design tasks to ensure that the software meets the specified performance and reliability requirements

6. Conduct systems programming and systems support activities

7. Adhere to coding standards defined
